Very modern looking hotel, which looks both great outside and inside. The location of this hotel is amazing. It's actually very quiet, but just a walking distance to Akihabara, and there are many metro and train stations around. No matter the time, you will always get here without having to use taxi. The way how rooms are designed is extremely clever and you can see that a great amount of thinking went into how to use every space as efficiently as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great, high quality sleep. Wi-Fi was reasonably fast and very stable, so I could research the new places to visit and generally surf the net when I was in the hotel resting. Room also had a huge TV which also showed very amusing travel recommendation videos showing you basic etiquette in Japan. The room service did a great job and everything was always squeaky clean. And of course, they respected no disturbance signs I used twice too. People on reception were super helpful too and they helped me to change the length of my trip, which I sadly had to cut short due to family emergency. Everyone in the hotel was extremely kind and nice to me. All in all, I had a great time here, I am extremely satisfied and if I am ever in Tokyo again, I will surely use APA Hotel again!

Great hotel! Location was near the train station and accessible to Akihabara by walk (20 mins). Check in was quick and easy. Room was big, clean, and many personal amenities were provided! The staff were also really great and helped me out eventhough I didn't speak Japanese. The hotel also stored my bag for me on the last day which I greatly appreciated because my flight was at night and this allowed me to get a few more hours of sightseeing done without dragging around my luggage! There was also free video on demand movies/TV shows available which was really wonderful!

The hotel is extremely well positioned near train station that has direct lines to majority of tokyo's attractions, as well as both airports. If you don't mind walking you can easilly reach imperial palace, asakusa or akihabara in 10-20 min. The room was comfy and staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Since i had a late flight, they kept my suitcases safe after check-out which was such a relief since it allowed me to explore tokyo some more. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are a solo traveler.

Location is good, near train station, and theres lawson and 711 nearby, lots of good place to eat like matsuya and yoshinoya... For the room, Its really surprising that they provide you just about everything in your room, even those tiniest things that they shouldnt be bothering in providing their guest is available..the room is small, thats given for japan standards, but its comfy, clean and well maintained..i will definitely stay again..

Patrick

It was a comfortable room for a two week stay. The front desk staff are very polite. There is a microwave and vending machine on the first floor. The location was perfect! It was near the train station and has multiple food options around. There was no laundry inside the hotel, but there was a fantastic laundromat 5 minutes away by foot. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
